AIRHOME TRAVELS is a reputed travel agency based in Bahrain, offering comprehensive travel services including international and domestic air ticketing, holiday packages, visa assistance, hotel bookings, and more. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced professionals passionate about the travel industry at our branch in Ernakulam
Handle international and domestic flight ticket bookings and reissuances.
Manage customer reservations through GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Provide accurate flight information, fare quotes, and itinerary options to clients.
Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for fare rules, cancellations, and refunds.
Maintain detailed records of bookings, invoices, and client communication.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
Support walk-in clients, phone, and email enquiries effectively.
Requirements:
1.5 to 2 years of experience in flight ticketing or reservation handling.
Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced travel office environment.
