Job Description

The Flight Reservation Manager is responsible for overseeing all flight booking operations, ensuring accurate ticketing, managing reservation teams, maintaining airline relationships, and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction. The role ensures compliance with airline policies, fare rules, and company procedures while optimizing efficiency and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the flight reservation and ticketing team
Oversee domestic and international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds
Ensure accurate fare quotation, ticket issuance, and PNR management
Monitor airline policies, fare rules, and GDS updates (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
Handle escalated customer queries and complex booking issues
Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and suppliers for best fares and availability
Ensure compliance with IATA, airline, and company policies
Maintain booking records, MIS reports, and performance tracking
Train, mentor, and evaluate reservation staff performance
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Support sales and operations teams with fare knowledge and routing solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
IATA or airline certification preferred
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in flight reservations/ticketing
At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
