We are looking for a dedicated

Flight Reservation Executive

to join our team in Aluva. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in flight bookings, ticketing, and customer service. You will be responsible for handling reservations efficiently, assisting clients with travel plans, and ensuring a smooth booking experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage domestic and international flight reservations and ticketing. Provide accurate information to customers regarding flight schedules, fares, and travel policies. Assist customers with itinerary changes, cancellations, and refunds. Maintain records of bookings and ensure smooth coordination with airlines. Resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in flight reservations or ticketing. Knowledge of global distribution systems (GDS) is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Immediate joining preferred.
