Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven individual who is eager to work in a fast-paced startup environment,
can execute with precision, and has the ability to manage and grow key B2B agent accounts.
This role is a hybrid between flight operations and account management -- you'll not only
handle the operational side (bookings, reissues, refunds) but also take complete ownership of
the agents assigned to you, ensuring smooth service delivery and driving Flights GMV from
those relationships.
You'll act as the primary point of contact for your agents -- managing their day-to-day flight
requirements, resolving issues, suggesting the best solutions, and ensuring they receive timely,
accurate, and high-quality support.
This role demands accountability, process thinking, and a strong drive to deliver results in a
dynamic travel ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
? Handle complete flight operations which include bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
? Proactively reach out to travel agents to build and maintain strong business
relationships.
? Provide support and consultation to agents regarding flight routes, fares, and schedules.
? Ensure error-free ticket issuance and PNR management.
? Drive flights GMV growth from your assigned accounts through proactive engagement,
accurate operations, and quick support.
? Maintain TAT and accuracy in all transactions, with detailed logs and documentation.
? Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and reporting.
Requirements:
? 1-3 years of experience in flight operations, ticketing, or B2B travel account handling.
? Strong communication with a service-oriented mindset.
? Comfortable with outbound calling and relationship building.
? Ability to thrive in a small team, startup environment.
? Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets for performance tracking.
Good to Have:
? Experience with GDS (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
? Prior experience in a travel agency, consolidator, or B2B travel startup.
? Willingness to work flexible hours or weekends when required for airline coordination.
