We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Flight Booking Executive
with
IATA or Amadeus certification
to support flight reservations and ticketing operations. This role is ideal for
freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
who are looking to start their career in the travel and aviation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
flight reservations, ticketing, reissuance, and cancellations
.
Use
Amadeus / GDS systems
to create and manage bookings.
Assist customers with flight schedules, fares, and travel-related queries.
Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with airline policies.
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for booking-related support.
Maintain proper documentation and booking records.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
IATA Certified or Amadeus Certified
(mandatory).
0-6 months of experience in flight booking or ticketing (freshers welcome).
Basic knowledge of
GDS systems (Amadeus preferred)
.
Good communication skills in English.
Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.
Willingness to learn and grow in the travel domain.
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
