We have two flexo paper printing machines - 4 colour and 2 colour. South korean make with metal punch for paper cup blanks Supervise and coordinate

2/4 colour Flexographic printing operations

for

paper cups and food containers

, ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Lead, guide, and manage a team of

Flexo Printing Operators

, including shift planning, work allocation, and performance monitoring. Ensure correct

machine setup, colour matching, and colour mixing

as per job specifications and customer requirements. Monitor and control the use of

water-based and food-grade inks

, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Oversee

inventory management

of inks, polymer plates, anilox rollers, and consumables; coordinate with stores for timely availability. Troubleshoot printing and machine-related issues, support operators during breakdowns, and coordinate with maintenance when required. Ensure

preventive and routine maintenance schedules

are followed for printing machines and accessories. Supervise

anilox cleaning, polymer plate handling, storage, and upkeep

, ensuring longevity and consistent print quality. Maintain

production records

, wastage reports, downtime logs, and quality documentation. Ensure adherence to

SOPs, safety norms, hygiene standards

, and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Train new operators and continuously upskill existing team members on best practices and quality improvements. Coordinate with

Quality, Maintenance, and Planning teams

to meet daily production targets. Perform other duties assigned by management to support production efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma / ITI / equivalent technical qualification (preferred).

5-8 years of experience

in Flexo Printing, with

minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role

. Strong hands-on knowledge of

flexo machines, inks, colour management, polymer plates, and anilox systems

. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage manpower, deadlines, and quality under pressure.
