Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced

Flex Printing Machine Operator

skilled in

Solvent machines, Eco-Solvent machines, and Lamination machines

. The candidate will be responsible for handling printing operations, machine maintenance, and quality output for daily production.

Lamination machines

. Prepare print files, load media, and ensure proper color accuracy and print settings. Check materials like vinyl, flex, sticker sheets, and roll media before printing. Perform daily machine maintenance such as cleaning print heads, checking ink levels, and nozzle tests. Troubleshoot minor technical issues related to printing quality, alignment, and media jam. Handle lamination for printed materials (cold/hot lamination based on requirement). Maintain production records, job sheets, and delivery timelines. Ensure high-quality output with zero defects. Safely store materials and maintain inventory of inks, media, and consumables. Coordinate with the design and installation team for accurate final output.

Required Skills

Experience in

Flex Printing (Solvent)

machine operation. Knowledge of

Eco-Solvent printers

(Roland, Epson, Mimaki, etc.). Lamination machine operating skills. Basic maintenance & troubleshooting knowledge. Understanding of materials: vinyl, one-way vision, flex, sunboard, foam sheet, etc. Ability to manage multiple print jobs and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience

Minimum

1-3 years experience

operating flex printing machines. SSLC / HSC / Diploma or any technical background.

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
