Flex Machine Operator - Advertising / Printing Company

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Flex Machine Operator

to join our advertising and printing production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting flex printing machines to produce high-quality banners, hoardings, and display materials.

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor

Flex Printing Machines

(such as ColorJet, Roland, HP, Konica, etc.) Prepare media, inks, and print files as per job requirements Perform

color calibration and alignment checks

before printing Ensure

print quality

and accuracy according to client specifications Carry out

routine maintenance

and cleaning of machines Manage printing material inventory and inform for reorders Report technical issues or delays to the supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

as a Flex Machine Operator in a printing or advertising company Knowledge of

printing materials, media types, and color management

Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple print jobs Basic computer knowledge (RIP software understanding is a plus)

ITI / Diploma

in Printing, Mechanical, or related field preferred
