Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Flex Machine Operator

to manage the day-to-day operations of our large-format flex printing machines. The candidate should have prior experience in flex printing, be attentive to detail, and ensure timely and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain flex printing machines (solvent/eco-solvent). Load and align media such as flex, vinyl, and other banner materials. Set print parameters based on job requirements and material specifications. Monitor print quality and color accuracy throughout the production run. Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of the machine. Ensure timely completion of print jobs while minimizing waste and errors. Coordinate with the design and finishing teams for workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience with flex printing machines. Familiarity with large-format printers and solvent/eco-solvent printing. Basic knowledge of

CorelDRAW

or print file handling is a plus. Attention to detail and ability to work independently. Willingness to work overtime when required.

Working Hours:

9-hour shift (flexible based on production demand). Overtime as needed during peak periods.
