Monitor real-time vehicle data through the FleetEdge platform.
Track fuel consumption, running hours, idling, location, and utilization.
Identify unusual activities or alerts (e.g., over-speeding, harsh braking, long idling).
2. Report Generation
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly fleet performance reports.
Share MIS reports with management and customers.
Analyze trends to suggest improvements in vehicle usage.
3. Customer Coordination
Handle customer queries related to telematics, GPS issues, and device performance.
Provide platform training to customers/drivers as needed.
Maintain strong communication with OEM, service centers, and fleet owners.
4. Issue Resolution
Log telematics device faults and raise service requests.
Follow up with technicians for installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
Ensure timely closure of complaints.
5. Data Analysis & Insights
Analyze driving behavior and provide improvement suggestions.
Support management in increasing operational efficiency.
Track vehicle uptime and downtime.
