Key Responsibilities-
Manage daily operations of tractor and trolley fleet for harvesting and transportation.
Plan and monitor harvesting production schedules efficiently.
Ensure maximum utilization and minimum downtime of tractors.
Oversee maintenance, servicing, and technical health of tractors and equipment.
Handle drivers, operators, and ground staff - duty schedule, discipline, and performance.
Manage fuel consumption, route planning, and transport efficiency.
Coordinate with farmers, vendors, and production teams.
Maintain records of:
Fleet movement
Harvest output
Transport logs
Maintenance & expenses
Ensure all operations follow safety and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Profile
Strong technical knowledge of tractors & farm equipment
Experience in harvesting operations, agri production, or farm logistics
Excellent management & team-handling skills
Understanding of fleet operations & transport planning
Cost control, fuel management & productivity optimization
Comfortable with field + office work
