Job description:
Key Responsibilities & goals:
Respond to escalations from Sales/other teams related to deliveries or other related issues through coordination with carrier partners.
Coordination with customers for resolving customer issues/ensuring timely delivery.
Ensuring transport quality and controlling of delivery performance (Carrier Reliability). Active control for customer deliveries, Distribution centers & Hilti Centre replenishment.
Coordinate for Legal Compliance such as Delivery Challan & other documents, E-way bill part B etc.
Transaction processing on ERP/Track-n-Trace software for day-to-day customer orders/stock transfer/repair service order.
MIS creation - developing daily, weekly and monthly MIS from various sources and sharing with relevant stake holders.
Reconciliation of Proof of Delivery and payment with carrier partners.
