Job Description

We are looking for a high-impact Pre-Sales Specialist to work closely with Sales Heads and the Co-Founder to accelerate product adoption and strengthen conversions. This role requires strong product understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to bridge customer requirements with product development.Key Responsibilities: - Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to support sales closures. - Qualify incoming leads by defining Hot, Warm, and Nurture categories and hand over actionable insights to the sales team.- Capture detailed customer requirements, pain points, and use cases; coordinate with the Product & Implementation teams for solution mapping and enhancements.- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Fleetx solutions can add value.- Influence product development by sharing market feedback and recommending new features aligned to customer demands and industry needs.- Prepare structured case studies, success stories, and ROI documents to support business development and enterprise sales.- Support Sales Heads in driving product positioning and improving conversion ratios across clusters/citiesCandidate Profile: - Preferably from the Telematics / SaaS / Logistics industry. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. - 2-5 years' experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical business development, preferably in SaaS or logistics. - Experience as Cluster Manager, City Manager, or Pre-Sales Analyst will be an added advantage.- Strong understanding of fleet operations, customer buying behavior, and ROI-based selling.- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to translate customer problems into product features.Key Skills Required: - Product Demo & Presentation - Requirement Gathering & Documentation - Lead Qualification & Pipeline Support - Interdepartmental Coordination (Sales-Product-Implementation) - Market Research & Competitive Mapping - Use Case and Case Study Development Offerings: - Opportunity to work directly with Sales Leadership and Co-Founder. - High visibility and impact role in an aggressive growth environment. - Ownership to define and shape the pre-sales function.
