Profile - Fleet Operations Executive

Experience - Minimum 2+ years'

CTC - ₹35k to ?40k

Location - Bangalore

We are looking for Operations Executives to manage day-to-day B2C taxi service operations with prior experience in managing a medium size fleet of at least 150 cars.

Key responsibilities

:

Ensure timely login of vehicles Tracking vehicles Interact with drivers on a regular basis and ensure daily, weekly and monthly targets are met Getting real time information on operation Updating daily ops report in shifts Managing documentations of cars, drivers & office related documents Assigning cars to drivers Follow up on vehicles gone for service Ensure driver documentation is verified, collected and maintained & etc Interacting with drivers and keep consistence towards operations Handing over and taking over and updating shift leads

Secondary responsibilities:

Ensure driver training and preparedness for operations Background physical verification of driver Assigning cars to drivers Supporting in driver hiring

Must have qualification:

Minimum 2+ years' experience in end-to-end fleet management Must know spoken Kannada Knowledge of working on computers; especially, responding to emails, working on excel, word and power point Aptitude to learn and improve Be ready to take up accountability of driver and operations executive delivery Ready to work in 24x7 environment

Desired:

Education: Graduate or 12 completed Worked in MNC transport operations Lead by example and influence without authority Coordinated with senior personnel of organizations

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
