Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Computer Savvy- Excel MS office, MS Word mandatory, with high build strong personality.

Call management :

Oversee and coordinate ambulance dispatch calls, ensuring timely allocation and route optimization.

Delay & Refusal Handling

: Monitor service delays or call refusals , investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure service reliability .

New Ambulance Integration

: Coordinate the induction and operational readiness of new ambulances, including documentation, GPS installation, and route assignment.

Alerts & Notification

: Manage real - time alerts related to vehicle status, trip exceptions, or system - generated flags for prompt action.

Tampering Control :

Monitor vehicle GPS and fuel data to detect and prevent tampering or unauthorized usage , and take immediate disciplinary or corrective action. Others operation tasks related fleet .
