Key ResponsibilitiesFleet Operations
Manage day-to-day operations of company-owned and partner vehicles
Ensure optimal vehicle availability and utilization
Plan routes and schedules to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
Driver & Partner Management
Onboard, train, and manage drivers (including SHE Ride partners)
Monitor driver attendance, performance, and behavior
Ensure adherence to safety and service quality standards
Vehicle Maintenance & Compliance
Schedule regular servicing, maintenance, and repairs
Maintain records for insurance, permits, RC, PUC, and fitness certificates
Ensure vehicles comply with local transport and safety regulations
Safety & Quality Control
Implement safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Handle incident reports, breakdowns, and escalations
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards of vehicles
Cost & Performance Monitoring
Track fuel usage, maintenance costs, and operational expenses
Analyze fleet performance data and prepare reports
Identify cost-optimization and efficiency improvement opportunities
Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with operations, customer support, and tech teams
Maintain accurate fleet data and daily operational reports
Provide insights and recommendations to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or related field
2-5 years of experience in
fleet management / transport operations
Knowledge of vehicle compliance and local transport regulations
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage drivers and handle field-level issues
Basic computer skills (Excel, apps, reporting tools)
