Communication skills, Interpersonal Skills, Computer Savvy- Excel Advance Excel ,TALLY, MS office, MS Word mandatory, with high build strong personality.

Fueling Management :

regular monitoring and documentation of fuel usage, refueling schedules, and vendor coordination.

Reminders :

Setting and managing timely alerts for maintenance , compliance deadlines, and fuel checks.

Vouchers Handling:

Issuing and recording fuel vouchers, ensuring proper authorization and usage tracking.

Accounts Tally & Audit :

Maintaining daily transaction records , reconciling fuel and mileage logs with accounts, and supporting internals/ external audits.

Mileage Maintenance :

Recording vehicle mileage data, tracking fuel efficiency , and analyzing usage trends for performance optimization.
