Handle RTO activities and ensure compliance (insurance, permits, fitness).
Maintain accurate ERP records for drivers and vehicles.
Recruit and induct drivers for cars, Mazdas, Tempos, and buses.
Prepare and analyze KMPL reports for company vehicles.
Supervise mechanic shed and oversee maintenance staff.
Conduct vehicle audits, driver meetings, and training sessions.
