Job Description
Manage a fleet of 100 trailers, and 50 Port equipment like Reach Stackers, QC, Forklifts, etc.
Source, recruit, and onboard drivers and operators for various vehicles & equipment.
Manage a team of 200 drivers and operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure fleet readiness.
Collaborate with vendors and third-party logistics providers to meet business objectives.
Skills:
Candidate should have good communication and Liasioning skill
Costing Knowledge
Advance Excel Command
Language :
Hindi, English, Gujarati & (Tamil if possible)Location
