About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined

On-Ground Fleet Manager

to manage day-to-day auto-rickshaw operations at our Gantavyam Pods. This role is critical to ensuring

uninterrupted vehicle availability

,

driver onboarding

,

queue discipline

, and

smooth last-mile services

.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver Onboarding & Verification

Onboard verified auto-rickshaw drivers through pre-defined procedure if any driver approaches. Ensure every driver's documents (DL, RC, PSV, Badge, Police Verification) are checked and updated. Assist drivers in installing the Gantavyam mobile app and explain operational SOPs.

2. On-Ground Fleet Management

Maintain a

real-time queue

of autos near the Pod. Ensure

continuous supply

of verified autos during peak & off-peak hours. Immediately allocate autos to passengers based on booking requests. Maintain queue rotation and fairness among drivers.

3. Pod Operations Support

Coordinate with the Pod Operator & Central Control Room. Report any shortages, operational issues, or emergencies in real time. Assist passengers when required, especially during evening/night hours.

4. Discipline & Compliance

Ensure all autos follow

meter-based trip rules

,

safety protocols

, and

assigned routes

. Take swift action in case of driver misconduct, conflict, or violation of SOPs.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong communication skills in

Hindi

; basic

English

preferred. Ability to manage groups of drivers confidently. Should be comfortable working at metro stations. Basic smartphone/app knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
