Job Summary

Mega Ltd. is seeking a

Fleet Tracking Executive

for immediate joining at our Mumbai (Lower Parel) office. The ideal candidate should have experience or working knowledge of

transport tracking systems, MS Office, ERP tools

, and excellent

communication and coordination skills

.

Qualifications:

Education:

Any Graduate

.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year (Freshers with knowledge of tracking systems may also apply)

Technical Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Fleet Tracking / GPS Tracking Systems
ERP Software (Preferred)
Strong follow-up and communication skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage

daily trip accounting

and transport data entry Record and maintain data for

diesel usage, driver salary, advance payments

, etc. Coordinate

FASTag system services

and

truck renewal maintenance

Maintain and update

truck challan sheets

and documentation Ensure

timely diesel allocation

as per company policy

Track company trucks using GPS

, monitor routes, and highlight

long halts or delays

Prepare and submit

daily tracking reports

to management. Support improved

truck utilization and monthly running (KMs)

Key Requirements

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills Ability to handle data and reports accurately Good communication and coordination skills
