Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Fleet Executive

to manage and coordinate our fleet operations in Angul. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal fleet performance, timely dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor daily fleet movement and vehicle availability. Coordinate with drivers and transport vendors for timely dispatch and delivery. Ensure proper maintenance schedules for all vehicles and manage service records. Handle vehicle documentation including permits, insurance, and pollution certificates. Track and reduce vehicle downtime through preventive maintenance planning. Monitor fuel usage and driver performance. Assist in route planning and optimization. Manage and resolve breakdowns and emergencies efficiently. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet utilization and performance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in fleet operations or logistics. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, transport laws, and road safety. Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management software/tools. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Familiarity with the Angul and Eastern India routes is a plus.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
