Summary The Fleet Coordinator will work as part of an exciting and dynamic global team focused on Fleet Operations and Sourcing, working for the Regional Sourcing Leader- Fleet. This exciting role will support stakeholders and will ensure efficient day to day management of the company car fleet for multiple countries. The Fleet Coordinator will act as a go-to person for the vendors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Deal with all Fleet related customer enquiries in a professional, timely manner ensuring closure of queries
Follow a defined fleet process ensuring tasks are completed within a timely manner
Partner with our Total Rewards, HR, Indirect Sourcing, EHS and Finance teams ensuring effective communication and accurate administration of fleet processes
Act as a go-to person for Fleet related queries for your respective countries
Liaise with stakeholders and Sourcing colleagues across the organization to understand /share best practices and leverage expertise
Ensure high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls
Maintain fleet database ensuring accuracy
Manage day to day interactions with fleet vendors
Implement process improvements with fleet vendors and OEM's
Learn about fleet industry topics relevant to the markets being supported
Partner with the global team of fleet coordinators to share best practices
Support the fleet leadership team on ad hoc requests
Develop a strong partnership with country stakeholders in HR, Total Rewards, EHS and Supply Chain
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in Sourcing or Supplier Management; Fleet Management experience is a plus.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Fleet Sourcing
Desired Characteristics:
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Lean/Six Sigma certification or experience with process improvement methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
Proficiency in sourcing tools and systems.
Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
