- Quotes & Tender Forms: Preparation, submission, and tracking.
- Fleet Reporting: Daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Order-to-Delivery Lifecycle:
- Vehicle Finder usage and allocation
- Contracting and invoicing
- Retailing status and tracking
- Customer feedback loop
- Handle Ford Pro Convertor Queries and coordinate logistics tracking for fleet movements.
- Ensure adherence to Compliance Management protocols across fleet operations.
