Job Description

Role: Fleet Coach (Last Mile Operations)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily briefings and on-ground training for delivery partners.
Ensure rider discipline, attendance, and grooming standards.
Support Fleet Managers in tracking KPIs like on-time delivery, cancellations, and performance metrics.
Act as a mentor and point of contact for delivery executives in assigned zones.
Assist in rider onboarding and documentation as per process.
Coordinate with internal teams to address field issues and rider escalations.
Drive retention and motivation initiatives to improve fleet efficiency.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Fleet / Delivery / Operations / Field Coaching roles.
Experience in Food / E-commerce / Logistics sector preferred.
Graduate or Diploma holder.
Must have a bike and smartphone.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
