xe2x97x8f Ensuring good earnings for delivery partners available at the POD
xe2x97x8f Communicating any inefficiencies observed on ground
xe2x97x8f Creating a point of view on DEs attriting along with key reasons for the same
xe2x97x8f Ensuring hygiene at the POD by regulating delivery partner behavior
xe2x97x8f Working with central team to tackle attrition in specific geographies
xe2x97x8f Highlight any delivery partner count related issues at a particular POD
xe2x97x8f 10 PODs per OA and DE count will be decided based on geography. '
