Job Summary

The Section Head - Flavoured Milk is responsible for overseeing the complete production operations of the flavoured milk section. This role ensures smooth production flow, quality compliance, hygiene standards, manpower management, and achievement of daily production targets while maintaining food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production activities of the flavoured milk section. Ensure production targets are met as per planning and schedule. Supervise machine operations, CIP processes, and cleaning activities. Ensure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards. Monitor product quality, taste consistency, and packaging standards. Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Store, and Dispatch departments. Handle manpower planning, shift allocation, and operator training. Maintain production records, batch sheets, and reports. Reduce wastage, control process losses, and improve productivity. Ensure proper usage and storage of raw materials and packing materials. Follow safety rules and ensure a safe working environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
