Job Title

: Flavourist Executive

Department

: R&D (Research & Development) / Laboratory

Experience

: 2-5 years (Flavour creation or development)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and formulate new flavours based on project briefs and market trends.

Conduct application trials for flavours in different bases (e.g., beverages, bakery, dairy, confectionery).

Evaluate flavours for taste, aroma, and stability under different conditions.

Work with the sales and marketing team to understand customer requirements and modify flavours accordingly.

Maintain records of formulations, evaluations, and stability data.

Assist in improving existing flavours to enhance quality and cost efficiency.

Collaborate with the procurement and QC departments for sourcing and quality checks of raw materials.

Stay updated with new ingredients, technologies, and market trends in the flavour industry.

Key Skills Required:

Knowledge of

flavour chemistry and sensory evaluation

Creative and innovative in developing new flavours.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
