Key Responsibilities:

Support day-to-day business operations in the assigned department (Supply Chain / Operations / Marketing).

Assist in data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and suggest practical solutions.

Support the execution of departmental projects and assignments.

Maintain documentation and ensure timely updates in MIS/trackers.

Learn and adapt to organizational processes and contribute proactively.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Eligibility:

Fresh BBA/BMS graduates with specialization in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
