Engineer - Projects & Planning

Reports To:

Manager - Projects & Planning

Position Summary:

Responsible for end-to-end project coordination, Documentation, Raw Material planning, and ensuring timely execution by coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including customers, vendors, Sales, Process, Design, Production, Stores and quality teams. The role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and process optimization to meet project deadlines and maintain operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Work Order & Documentation Management Project Planning & Kick-Off Fabrication & Production Coordination Inspection, Packaging & Dispatch Coordination Post-Production & Project Closure Activities Customer & Stakeholder Management

Desired Profile:

Proven experience in projects & Planning Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field. Software Proficiency:

o MS office (proficiency in Excel)



o Project Management Tools (MS Project)



o Any equivalent software Knowledge for material layout optimization



o AutoCAD software.
