Key Responsibilities:Sales & Revenue Growth:- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory through effective execution of product strategies.- Retail Chemist Channel Development:- Build and maintain strong relationships with chemists and key retail outlets across Rajasthan. Ensure proper product placement and availability at the point of sale.Team Handling:- Manage and motivate a team of Sr. TSO/TSOs to ensure they achieve individual and team KPIs.Market Expansion:- Identify new business opportunities, untapped markets, and expansion routes within Rajasthan, especially Tier 2 & 3 cities.Distributor Management:- Appoint and manage distributors with an effective supply chain mechanism to ensure product availability across the region.Promotional Activities:- Execute trade promotions, sampling, schemes, and consumer awareness programs to drive secondary sales.Competitor Analysis:- Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and activities, and update the management with strategic inputs.Reporting & MIS:- Regularly update sales data, field activities, and market intelligence using company CRM or MIS tools.Candidate Profile:- Experience:6-10 years in OTC sales within Rajasthan territory handling chemist channel.- Industry Preference: OTC / FMCG / Skin Care (Retail Sales) (ref:updazz.com)
