Job Description

we are hiring for Five9 Contact Center Developer (SME Role) (UK shift)



Experience:7+ years



Location: Remote



Roles and Responsibilty



Platform Development:



Develop, test, and maintain code for Five9's contact center platform, including its core functionalities like VCC, IVA, and WFA.

Design and implement integrations with other systems and platforms.

Optimize the platform's performance and ensure its scalability and security.

Utilize relevant tools and technologies for software development and cloud infrastructure.


Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with other development teams, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

Work with external vendors and partners to integrate their solutions into the Five9 platform.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.


Technical Expertise:

Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and testing methodologies.

Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies (e.g., AWS, GCP).

Knowledge of telephony, call routing, and API integration.

Familiarity with relevant programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Javascript).


Problem Solving and Communication:

Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to the Five9 platform.

Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Document technical specifications and processes clearly.


Technical Skills



Omni channels interaction platform and technologies of Five9

Conversational IVR, Speech Analytics, Chat/ Voice bots

Good understanding of API (SOAP and REST) based data integrations

Channel like sms, whatsapp integrations for newer choice of channels

Ability to design contact center solutions on Five9

Implementation of solutions and configurations on Five9 applications

Integrations with 3rd party systems like Verint, SFDC etc.

Exposure on micro service architecture-based cloud application development and deployment.


Required skills,



Hands experience in leveraging CCAS platform - Five 9

Hands-on experience in Five 9 cloud architecture landscape, landing zones, micro-services architecture and applicability on re-engineering cloud contact center platforms

Experience in migrations from legacy CCAS platforms to new CCAS

Experience applied using Conversational AI and Analytics

Proven experience in the execution of transformational projects

Cross functional collaboration

Strong contact center acumen

Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs

Ability to create SOPs, training materials and processes to streamline efforts and operations
