Good understanding of API (SOAP and REST) based data integrations
Channel like sms, whatsapp integrations for newer choice of channels
Ability to design contact center solutions on Five9
Implementation of solutions and configurations on Five9 applications
Integrations with 3rd party systems like Verint, SFDC etc.
Exposure on micro service architecture-based cloud application development and deployment.
Required skills,
Hands experience in leveraging CCAS platform - Five 9
Hands-on experience in Five 9 cloud architecture landscape, landing zones, micro-services architecture and applicability on re-engineering cloud contact center platforms
Experience in migrations from legacy CCAS platforms to new CCAS
Experience applied using Conversational AI and Analytics
Proven experience in the execution of transformational projects
Cross functional collaboration
Strong contact center acumen
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage tradeoffs
Ability to create SOPs, training materials and processes to streamline efforts and operations
