Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Fitter, Welder, and Maintenance Worker to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components and performing routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Cut, shape, and join metal parts using welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and arc welding.
Fit and assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and protocols.
Operate various fabrication and maintenance equipment, including grinders, drills, and lathes.
Keep accurate maintenance logs and update equipment records.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a fitter, welder and maintenance worker or similar role.
Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication tools.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery.
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams.
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is a plus.
Good physical condition and stamina.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
