- Fitter (Welding & Fabrication)

Position:

Fitter - Welding & Fabrication

Department:

Production / Fabrication

Experience:

1-3 years (ITI / Diploma candidates preferred; freshers with practical knowledge can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

welding, cutting, grinding, and fabrication work

as per drawings and specifications. Assemble, install, and repair

metal structures, frames, panels, and components

. Read and interpret

engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches

. Operate welding machines (MIG, TIG, Arc) and fabrication tools safely. Ensure

quality and dimensional accuracy

of fabricated items. Carry out

fitting, tack welding, and finishing work

for production requirements. Follow

safety procedures

and maintain a clean working environment. Assist in modification and repair work of existing structures or machinery. Work closely with the production and quality team to meet project timelines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education:

ITI (Fitter/Welder) / Diploma in Mechanical or relevant trade.

Experience:

1-3 years in welding & fabrication (freshers with good knowledge may also apply). Ability to read

mechanical/fabrication drawings

. Hands-on experience in

MIG/TIG/Arc welding and fabrication work

. Knowledge of

tools, measuring instruments, and safety standards

. Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
