Qualification & Experience

Education:

ITI-Fitter, (mandatory)

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in maintenance/technical services, (mandatory).
Person Should be well equipped with all kinds of maintenance activity carried out in a manufacturing plant.

Should have Clear idea about motor maintenance.

Should have Clear idea about pump maintenance.

Should know how to replace bearings for pump and motor.

Should have Clear knowledge on different components of vacuum pump.

Should have Clear idea about different tools used by fitter.

Hands on experience on different size of nut and bolts, drill bits.

Different types or coupling, how to open coupling, what are the different steps to follow to fix a coupling

Should have Clear idea on different types of pumps used in manufacturing unit.
