We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The role involves precision assembly, fitting, and maintenance of critical aerospace components, ensuring high quality and safety standards as per industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fitting, assembly, and installation of aerospace structures, sub-assemblies, and mechanical parts for rockets/missiles. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical manuals. Carry out precision measurement, alignment, and fitting using appropriate tools and instruments. Ensure compliance with aerospace manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality procedures. Identify, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues in assemblies. Collaborate with engineers, welders, machinists, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and proper condition. Support testing, inspection, and validation of assembled components.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of fitting, assembly, and fabrication techniques. Hands-on experience in handling precision measuring instruments (Vernier caliper, micrometer, dial gauge, etc.). Ability to work with high-tolerance aerospace-grade materials and components. Knowledge of safety practices in high-technology manufacturing environments. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt to strict timelines and high-quality standards.

ITI Fitter (mandatory).

Minimum 2+ years in aerospace, defense, heavy engineering, or precision manufacturing industry.
