Job Description

Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical manuals. Assemble and install mechanical components and machinery. Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems. Identify faulty components and carry out repairs or replacements. Use tools such as grinders, welding equipment, and machining tools. Work closely with other trades such as electricians, welders, and fabricators. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime. Assist with the installation and commissioning of new machinery. Keep work areas clean and organized.

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a mechanical fitter or similar role. Experience in manufacturing, mining, construction, or heavy industry. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical fitness and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

ITI/Diploma/B.E any specialisation. 3+ years of experience in Fitter
