Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Fit and assemble

Mild steel (MS)

bed frames and components. Work from basic drawings or measurements to fabricate structures. Operate tools like grinder, drill machine, welding machine (if required). Perform drilling, tapping, cutting, and manual fitting of folding mechanisms. Ensure accurate alignment and fitting of parts using gauges and measuring tools. Handle daily production tasks and maintain workshop cleanliness. Maintain safety and quality standards during all operations.

Requirements:

ITI (Fitter) or relevant experience in metal fabrication. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with MS fabrication or furniture assembly. Ability to read basic measurements (drawing skills are a plus). Experience using hand and power tools like grinders, drills, etc. Knowledge of welding (optional but preferred). Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in

folding bed

or

furniture metal frame

manufacturing. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to work overtime when needed.
