Job Title : Fitter

Job Location : Mumbai (Mahalaxmi)

Qualification : ITI - Fitter Trade

Experience : Minimum 2 Yrs experience as Fitter water, sewage and storm water management solutions company.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fitter to join our team in maintaining, assembling, and installing mechanical components of water pumping systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with pumps, piping, valves, and associated equipment, ensuring optimal operation of water supply infrastructure in line with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble, install, repair, and maintain water pumps, motors, piping systems, and associated mechanical equipment.

Interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications related to pump systems and installations.

Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems to reduce downtime.

Align, test, and calibrate pumps and motors for efficient performance.

Perform fault finding and diagnostics on mechanical breakdowns.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and lifting equipment safely.

Maintain accurate maintenance records and service reports.

Work closely with engineers, electricians, and other team members to complete projects.

Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.

Respond promptly to emergency repair needs, including occasional on-call duties.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Trade certification in Fitting/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum of 2 years' experience in mechanical fitting, preferably in water or fluid systems.

Familiarity with various types of water pumps (centrifugal, submersible, etc.) and piping systems.

Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical manuals.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
