We are looking for a skilled

Fitterman

with sound knowledge of

mechanical fitting and basic electrical work

. The candidate will be responsible for installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and production lines, ensuring smooth operations with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform fitting, assembling, and installation of machinery and equipment. Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems. Ensure proper alignment, adjustment, and calibration of machines. Handle electrical wiring, connections, and troubleshooting of motors, switches, and panels (basic level). Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manuals. Follow safety protocols and company maintenance standards. Support production teams by minimizing breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs. Maintain records of maintenance and repair work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

ITI/Diploma in Fitter / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent. Minimum

2-5 years of experience

as a Fitterman in manufacturing/industrial setup. Knowledge of

basic electrical work

(wiring, switches, motors, etc.) is mandatory. Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.

Must have a two-wheeler (bike) with valid driving license

for local commuting.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹28,513.62 per month
