Key Responsibilities:
Assist in machine fitting, assembly, and installation
Read and follow basic technical drawings and instructions
Operate hand tools and fitting equipment safely
Support senior fitters in production and maintenance work
Perform inspection and basic quality checks
Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
ITI Fitter qualification (mandatory)
Fresher candidates are welcome
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment
Physically fit and safety conscious
Ability to work as part of a team
