Job Description

Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled Fitters to support our Control Panel and Cabinet Assembly department. The role involves mechanical assembly, drilling, mounting, cutting, and fitting work as per engineering drawings and supervisor instructions.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform mechanical fitting and assembly of control panels, cabinets, and related components. Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and layout diagrams. Carry out drilling, cutting, mounting, and fabrication work with accuracy. Work closely with mechanical engineers and electrical technicians during assembly. Ensure proper alignment, measurements, and quality of all mechanical components. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment. Follow safety standards and company procedures.
Required Skills :

Basic understanding of mechanical fitting, tools, and measurements. Ability to use drilling machines, grinders, cutting tools, etc. Ability to read simple engineering drawings (preferred). Strong attention to detail and quality. Good teamwork and discipline.
Qualifications :

ITI / Diploma in Fitter or Mechanical trade (preferred). 0-2 years of experience in mechanical assembly/fitting. Freshers with practical skills are encouraged to apply.
