We are looking for a skilled

ITI Fitter

to join our manufacturing unit in Satara. The candidate should have hands-on experience in stainless steel (SS) equipment fabrication, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience

1 to 2 years of experience as a Fitter Minimum 1 year experience in SS equipment fabrication (Food / Pharma industry preferred)

Key Skills

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings Knowledge of SS fabrication and fitting work Welding knowledge (arc/gas/electric) Ability to work independently Basic measuring instruments handling (vernier, micrometer, callipers)

Roles & Responsibilities

Layout, position, and secure parts and assemblies as per drawings and specifications Perform tack welding and welding using appropriate welding equipment Cut workpieces using power saws, hand shears, or chipping tools Inspect dimensions, grooves, angles, and gaps using precision measuring instruments Remove rough edges using grinders, hand files, or scrapers Weld components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions Heat, form, and dress metal parts using hand tools and welding equipment Maintain discipline and a cordial work environment
