The Automobile Accessories Fitter is responsible for installing a wide range of car accessories such as audio systems, seat covers, lights, sensors, cameras, and interior/exterior fittings while maintaining OEM standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
1. Accessories Installation
Car audio system installation
Reverse camera & parking sensor fitting
Fog lamps, DRL, LED lights installation
Seat cover fitting & steering cover wrapping
Floor matting, 7D/9D mat installation
Central locking & remote lock installation
Infotainment system installation (Android panel, touchscreen)
Roof rails, body kits, chrome accessories fitting

2. Electrical Work
Wiring connections for lights & electronic accessories
Basic troubleshooting of electrical circuits
Ensuring no wire cutting unless required
Proper insulation & safety standards follow karna

3. Quality & Safety
Installation ka test & verification
Vehicle interior ko safe rakhna (no scratch, no damage)
Tools ko clean & organized rakhna
OEM guidelines follow karna

4. Customer Assistance
Customer ko accessories ka demo dena
Features explain karna
Queries & complaints professionally handle karna
---
5. Additional Tasks
Inventory update (small accessories & tools)
Daily work reporting
New products ki installation training attend karna

Required Skills
Knowledge of car interior & exterior fittings
Electrical wiring & troubleshooting
Hand tools & power tools handling
Neat and safe installation skill
Good communication with customers

Qualification
10th / 12th pass
ITI (Automobile / Electrical) preferred
Experience with car showroom/workshop is an advantage

Working Hours
9 - 10 hours shift (workshop/store timing as per company)

Ability to work under pressure on busy days
