Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, install, and align cooling tower structures, fans, motors, and piping.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling tower equipment.
Inspect and replace mechanical parts such as fill material, drift eliminators, nozzles, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
Perform repair and replacement of FRP/wooden structures, louvers, and distribution systems.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols during erection and maintenance activities.
Work with engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot operational issues.
Use tools, lifting equipment, and measuring instruments for precise fitting and alignment.
Maintain work records, material usage, and service reports.
Assist in hydro-testing, performance testing, and commissioning of cooling towers.

Skills & Qualifications:
Knowledge of cooling tower components (FRP, wood, PVC fills, fan assemblies).
Familiarity with rigging, lifting, and alignment techniques.
Strong focus on safety and teamwork.

Physical & Work Requirements:
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor/industrial environments.
Physically fit to handle heavy tools and equipment.
Willingness to work in shifts and travel to project sites.
