About the Role

We are hiring motivated and hardworking

Fresh Diploma candidates

for the position of

Fitter - Fresher

in our manufacturing facility. This role offers hands-on learning exposure in assembling, installing, and maintaining industrial machinery under the guidance of experienced technical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in fitting and assembling mechanical components and systems

2. Support installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of machinery

3. Read and interpret engineering drawings / blueprints

4. Use hand tools and power tools for routine mechanical work

5. Follow safety standards and maintain a clean workplace

6. Identify and report mechanical issues or abnormalities to senior technicians

7. Participate in training and skill-development sessions during the job

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)

2. Freshers can apply; internship / vocational training will be an added advantage

3. Basic understanding of mechanical operations, tools, and components

4. Ability to read simple engineering drawings (preferred)
