Job Role:
Support New Product Development (NPD) activities including proto part development, tooling, jigs & fixtures, and manufacturing trials. Coordinate with internal departments and customers to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sheet metal manufacturing processes such as stamping, forming, welding, painting, and machining
Support development and trials of proto parts
Assist in welding fixtures, press brake tooling, jigs & fixtures, and inspection gauges
Interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing standards
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Supply Chain teams
Participate in weekly/monthly project review meetings
Key Skills:
Basic NPD knowledge
Tooling & fixture understanding
Drawing interpretation
Good communication and coordination skills
