Qualifications & Experience:

Educational Qualification

: ITI

Experience

: 3-7 years in mechanical fitting, assembly, or maintenance roles.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings; experience with hand and power tools; knowledge of welding and fabrication techniques.

Soft Skills

: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Assembly & Installation

: Assemble and install mechanical components and machinery as per engineering drawings and specifications.

Maintenance & Repair

: Perform routine maintenance and repair work on mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime.

Quality Control

: Inspect and test components to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.

Troubleshooting

: Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions promptly.

Documentation

: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs and reports.

Safety Compliance

: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Team Collaboration

: Work closely with engineers and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
