Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Fitter cum Welder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, fitting, and welding metal components as per technical drawings and specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Assemble structural components using hand tools, power tools, and welding machines.

Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and ARC techniques.

Inspect and measure finished products to ensure quality and accuracy.

Carry out repairs and modifications on existing structures or machines.

Operate and maintain welding and fitting equipment safely.

Follow all workplace safety protocols.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets and deadlines.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.

Required Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Fitter, Welding, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in welding and fitting (preferred).

Good knowledge of various welding techniques and materials.

Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols.

Physically fit and agile.

Problem-solving skills and a strong team player.

Willingness to work in shifts and perform overtime if required.
