Role Summary:

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented

Fitters - Assembly

with aerospace project experience. The role involves precision assembly of aerospace components with adherence to stringent quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly operations including

Nut plate, Hi-Lok, Hi-Lite installation, riveting, and sealant application

. Carry out

precision drilling and countersinking (CSK)

operations as per engineering requirements. Handle and operate aerospace assembly tools effectively, including

drill guns, riveting guns, bucking bars, and squeezers

. Ensure adherence to technical drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures. Conduct quality checks to verify assembly accuracy and compliance. Maintain a safe and clean working environment in line with aerospace industry standards.

Desired Skills & Experience:

2-5 years

of hands-on experience in aerospace or precision assembly projects. Proficiency in riveting, drilling, countersinking, and sealant application. Strong knowledge of aerospace fasteners and assembly practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and assembly instructions. Skilled in handling pneumatic and hand tools used in aerospace assembly. Commitment to quality, safety, and precision in all tasks.

Education:

ITI - Fitter, or equivalent discipline.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 48 months

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
